How I Met Abby
It feels only fitting that I first met this client, Abby, at the Naked Peach Galentine’s Day party. We throw this party every year in our Portland, Oregon boudoir photography studio. She was dressed in all pink with sparkly shoes to match. I was so taken by her outfit that I had to introduce myself! We hit it off, so a year later, she decided to schedule her own boudoir session.
How We Chose Abby’s Outfits for Her Boudoir Session
Abby combined finds from our boudoir client closet with items from her own wardrobe. Over the years, she’s collected some amazing pieces as a burlesque performer. Of the outfits she chose for her boudoir session, my favorite was the custom rhinestone-encrusted satin two piece set that she paired with our ostrich angel wings!
How We Used the Studio for Abby’s Boudoir Session
We took full advantage of all the different spaces in our Portland boudoir studio. We used our all-pink kitchen as the backdrop for some of her photos for a more classic pinup vibe. Then, we leaned into the more industrial loft style of our brick wall area to create contrast. We also had so much fun using the old school pink phone as a prop!
